Provide school-based support to the teachers in understanding and using the scripted lesson plans at the classroom level and assess students’ improvements in reading and numeracy skills.
Document their work on a daily basis by using a checklist that will be provided by SRP.
Attend a review meeting in their respective district with SRP staff to report their observations and findings verbally on a monthly basis.
Encourage the teachers in their assigned schools to continuously use the supplementary teaching and learning material provided by SRP.
Facilitate conversations with the respective schools’ head teachers to establish and conduct learning circles on a regular basis consisting of 6-7 teachers within each school or from neighboring schools, depending on number of teachers per school.
Assist the teachers in developing a reading culture by establishing reading corners within the classrooms
Assist teachers in regular use of learning materials by students during or after the school time.

To facilitate the work of the team members and ensure that all operational and logistic arrangements are made available as per the requirements.
To lead activity of Enumerators and Community support persons through random
supervisory visits in the field.
Collection of data from Enumerators on daily basis.
To provide field activity report to the Project Supervisor and also uc supervisor on regular
basis.
Handling of day to day field related matters to resolve them smoothly.
Responsible to fulfill other tasks assigned by Project Supervisor uc supervisor
Coordination with Team and also uc supervisor.
